Yes, youll need to hang out there for a bit before things start to spawn but it can still be a hunt to find them just because of how large the neighborhood is. Also, the mushrooms are a summer and winter seasonal crop, not just winter.
They are a bit harder to get. You will find random plants of "strange mushrooms' around the Bramblewood neighborhood (in my game theres 2 large clusters of them right next to the big circle, on the shoreline where the log goes over the creek to the ruins, im not sure if its like that in every save) But each time you…
I was really hoping it would only trigger with a vacuum object on the lot (similar to the laundry day stuff) or maybe a lot trait, but it looks like your home will be dusty regardless. But it's also nice to know that it can be turned off in the options.
Definitely getting the bust the dust pack. The kitchen one is nice, I really like the clutter but I dont see myself really using the appliances, and the curtains they have underneath the counter just dont really fit my build style so probably wont get that one. I really like some of the clothes in the throwback fit pack,…
I have! I love DU but I have several issues since installing, not only has my performance just taken a general hit (which is expected), but I have started to have massive issues where the game just cant catch up. I find myself often having to put the game on pause in university because nothing is loading and I have to give…
Dine Out worked really well for a while but recently it's been doing this :s Sims are constantly getting up, walking around and stealing other sims food. (Sometimes my sims steal others and sometimes others steal mine) unfortunately I do not think there is a mod that fixes this.
It sorta irked me at first, but in the end I really couldn't care. I would've preferred new clothing assets, but it's not like they're giving them out by the truckload. It's just a few assets out of thousands, so I'm not gonna make a big deal out of it.
I really do hope they take some feedback too. I just honestly dont understand how it all went through design, approval and reveal without someone going "wait a minute..."
I'm going to be honest... it's horrid (And I came back here after all this time to say that). While I dont mind the box art, I don't like the sims in it. I feel there could have definitely could have been a lot more thought put into them as they look more like randomly generated townies at this point. The plumbob I simply…
Because these forums are a much smaller group and only represents a small fraction of the online Sims community. Doing it on twitter allows them reach a much larger portion of the online community, and makes it easier for fans to weigh in.
Locked doors sometimes take a moment to go into effect, also, if you lock and door and the pet or sim already has an action and is already routed to go through that door it'll ignore the lock and go through.
My top are witches, and mermaids. I just fail to understand why there are complaints he's doing this poll on twitter, it opens up to a much wider audience to poll from.
The weather machine can be upgraded using the handiness skill to allow you both change the season (which I do quite frequently since I find 7 sim days too long) and it also allows you to change the general weather for the season. Like for summer you can change the entire forecast to make it supper rainy and stormy and…
It doesn't mess anything up. When the expansion is released you'll be able to claim your Origin key for it from the CD-Keys website once they have them (and if I remember correctly they email you when it's available).
Not necessarily excited, interested. I'm interested about kind of activities there are to do in the snow. How it affects the temperature and how that affects the sims and the new thermostat, etc.
Honestly, I don't find it a big deal. Of course im disappointed but it's definitely not something im going to get up in arms about. Honestly, I'm much more interested in the other features like holidays and snow activities to be worried about snow depth.
It’s already been stated that they rotate between who gets review versions because they have limited codes. There have been times where he hasn’t gotten one, and this time is one. Not to mention the fact that he doesn’t really play The Sims much anymore. Most of it is for reviews, and after a while it did start to get…
You’re not at risk of being punished for mentioning the use of a VPN, EA has already stated they’re fine with the use of it to download and play games early.
You don’t know how happy I am that time distortion is fixed. I’ve been playing at speed 2 for like 3 years now! Also all the other fixes and cats and dogs.
Actually, it doesn't draw money. I live in the USA and I can say for a fact that EA doesn't charge for a preorder up until the release (proof being my bank account and the EA support website). It'll remain as processing on your Origin billing history and won't withdraw up until it actually releases.
