It depends. I spend more time on male Sims because I really don't like most of the hairstyles that came with the base game, so I spend quite a long time on hair alone, trying to find one that fits the particular Sim. And, @Anonymous_Loba24 can I just say I love your profile pic?
@LaBlue0314 For me, it happens more for friends. I've had the interaction available before, but as soon as the Sims become romantically involved, the interaction disappears. Strange.
@MiyuEmi Your Sim is good-looking! The martial arts skill looks like a lot of fun too! I'm considering getting it next (undecided between WA and Generations).
I'm going to cross my fingers that my internet's going to work enough now... ...Mercedes rejected Nate's attempt for a kiss, though they had a successful date. At this moment I had thought Kirsten Law looked, to me, a little like Dobby from Harry Potter (it's in the ears!) and I wondered whose genes would win out. So they…
This is another one of my favourites, and is from my first game since replacing my laptop. This is my husband's Simself, jamming out on his drums after his shift (starting out in Journalism). I just love the look on his face!
@TadOlson Yes, I bought Showtime and Ambitions from Amazon together, two or three weeks ago. It's really enjoyable to just explore new jobs, and see what the new towns have to offer. @lanlyn He's making a reputation for himself already, haha. For exploring his options. I haven't yet decided which Sim I want him to…
I love you guys' screenshots, you're so good at capturing the moments. I've been playing a new game lately, with the purpose of exploring Starlight Shores, and the new careers I got with Showtime and Ambitions. Here's Nate, getting his Investigator on: He met his first townie in his first case, Kirsten Law. He…
@king_of_simcity7 I love the job titles in the Sims. @SpotlessLeopard I have done so many of those things today. ..I guess I can add a new one I've done today: When it's your birthday and when your husband says, "We'll do whatever you want," you know you'll be Simming!
@Charlottesmom I didn't used to like the songs all that much before, I don't know what changed my mind. I didn't even realise the song I was listening to yesterday (This City) was a real song. xD @PalmArrow Imagine carrying them in your pockets like Sims!
I watched Lawless last night, and I'd been wanting to see it when it came out. Not that I'm a violent kind of person...ahaha. I absolutely loved Tom Hardy in it!
Butlers can be hit and miss. I had one that used to go to bed just as the baby was waking up wanting food. Even putting the butler in the same room as the baby didn't help. I fired her, she didn't take it well, haha.
I totally didn't have a Sim crush on Jared Frio at any point. I've never had a Sim crush on any I've made, because I feel more parental toward them, so it would feel almost incestuous.
I'm only more familiar with Sunset Valley, and I'm a big fan of Connor Frio. I think he's just a sweetie! One time I played in Riverview, I quite liked Jebediah Wilson.
I have had free will on high recently, and I'm enjoying it a lot. It is nice to see what the Sims would like to do themselves. As for the life span, I always freeze it unless in a particular game I'm purposely not for whatever reason.
I was such a noob when I first played the Sims! I was really late to the party, in that I had played some of the handhelds but never had Sims on PC for myself, though I'd played it at a friend's house (probably because my mum wouldn't buy it or something). When I was older and moved in with my dad, I bought TS1 because I…
Clearly what we need to do is have a Sim work up the political career and start making changes in government and change how the police and fire departments are run.
