And yet when that menu was released , most of the responses definitely considered it worse than the previous menu which didnt show the collection at all. And called it pandering as well. But now "everyone" likes it so much more than all the others.
I actually like the new icons. They are now sorted by EP, SP, GP and so on. And it would be helpful as a builder when you only want to use EP's or only want to use GPs for example.
i only wanted to use this to get higher starter funds, turns out their idea of high starting funds is $30K big whoop! At least I can make more than 1 story sim though.
Okay. My idea of story progression is playing out a story with a family and then the next generation and seeing the new faces that come along and how all the new sims look and behave. I don't understand playing with the same family with aging off forever, but...gameplay styles are unique.
So....people who play like this don't care about story progression or realism. Interesting! I couldn't do it. I like the idea of time moving forward and generations of families expanding and changing throughout time.
Im not at all in any rush for new content because I already spend too much time on the sims 4 and I own all the packs as is and i am a habitual restarter so I always start a new game and then realize I want to do something differently and start over. It would be a huge achievement to actually accomplish something in the…
Yeah, its a very beautiful world. And I like a lot of the new objects for example the boats and floats :p But there is a definite lack of gameplay for sure.
Then start a thread about not wanting it to go on. I think there already is one you can chime in on . I like Sims 4 , and this is more of a thread for discussion of what those of us who like it are anticipating for the future.
Agreed. The whole entire point of the Sims is that we are creating our own worlds and "living" in them :) I think if some people find strength and positivity through expressing themselves in the Sims then it's a very good thing @Simburian
Im a bit confused by this response. Im 29 and ive been playing since the sims 1. I think this game caters to all ages. Not sure how they are supposed to change the game or the marketing to please older people.
They are free to dislike the new look and there are other threads that are about the dislike , but I like it, so I figured I would start a thread for some positive feedback :)
