I wish they didn't focus so much on a specific type of room/clothing. There can be multiple versiosn of sleepwear and underwear, nto just the sexy or laid back ones, it deserves to be in multiple packs.
@GirlFromIpanema so... I didn't go to this route because I think it would be a more "temporary" thing as this is just for the npc and lore update. I remember watching one of the gamechangers who built houses in Cottage Living saying that they weren't hired for a job, but rather got paid for commission. I believe they were…
If you're also a simmer and wann help me, could y'all tag the gurus? Thanks @SimGuruDrake @SimGuruRusskii @SimGuruHydra @SimGuruJill @SimGuruAzure @GrimSuruDoi @SimGuruLyndsay @SimGuruLakshmi
@GirlFromIpanema @Calico45 relax, they won't and can't alter your save files. Its probably going to affect only newer save files (IF i don't break older saves). @GirlFromIpanema but this is how we, lore lovers, felt when we started playing sims 4. NONE of them looks like they should look originally. @crocobaura grl,…
I hope they padronize the wood texture of all objects in each refresh, and add a black and a white swatch for the objects, windows and doors. What I feel they'll add extra is expanding the content... If the pack is Outdoor Retreat I can see them turning Granite Falls into a regular world so we can add residential homes…
I'm really excited about their npc and lore overhaul. I hope they make it in the classic timeline/universe. I would love anything before Sunset Valley during Gunther Goths childhood, between Sunset Valley and Sims 1 or after Sims 2 (the only thing we know after Sims 2 is that the Calientes moved to Barnacle Bay.
It doesn't matter that much where I'm playing sims (besisdes the fact that console can't use mods), the only thing is that I don't want the devs to compromise the game quality just to fit all platforms. By that I mean... look at the size of the sims 4 worlds ever since Cats & Dogs were released... They are smaller and…
I'm probably going to have a great time playing with them, they are interesting, but could be better. Some of them are way too similar to previous premades, so whoever is the dev thats been making premades needs to take a break cuz they are having a same-face syndrome type of situation. I love the reintroduction of Agnes…
Well, I would love if some of the Sims 2 pack families or Sims 3 world families had a return too. They seem to only add sims from Pleasantview, I think we only got ancestors of the Curious brothers in Twinbrook and ancestors of the Capps in Roaring Heights/Montys ancestors in Monte Vista, while every other Sims 3 world had…
@Jinkx not sure if I commented her before, but I NEEEED them and their octogonal house to have a comeback... they were so iconic. Would be fun if they had a reference on the Newbies, like if they were the genderswapped version of the Newbies and had a son named Brandon (after Brandi Broke).
@simmerville I'm not sure about Agnes, since she seems to be a special character with unique interactions (like hitting the purse and all of that, which I was hoping to be a new trait that only she has as a premade but we can use in our own manner), but maybe thats why they added Agatha? Agnes doesn't seem like the type…
But I'm talking about more relationships without all of that workaround. @Simmerville Anyway, I'm ok with them adding another cousin to the family tree, its not a major change to the lore as we can think we never knew her because she was living far away or whatever. What I don't like is what they made to the premades like…
@EmmaVane then they should let us manage which worlds we want in each save, just like they gave us the "favourite household" and "sim limit" so our families didn't get culled. My life playing SIms 4 would change with a simple warning saying "You're passing the limit of worlds supported by your device in your save file. Do…
@Paigeisin5 I bet Sims 4's problem was ever the 32 bit one, but rather their plans to make it console compatible. Making SIms 4 compatible with console was equal to making Simcity an online game to the extent that it limits the game deeply (and I'm not even accounting the fact that Sims 4 itself was also supposed to be…
@phantasmkiss that would be a fun free patch, adding the objects with matching colors/woods to fill the gaps on those sets we have in-game that are incomplete. Like if they converted the whole SIms 2 base game objects with their original colors and new colors matching those incomplete sets from Sims 4, they could even add…
@Sindocat have you ever tried converting an asset from Sims 2/3 to SIms 4 before? I have, and I only did it because I couldn't make one from scratch, its much easier to convert and retouch some things than making it from nothing.
@greydonn she's Mortimer's aunt, and Cornelia's sister. I would love if the game recognized them as family, but I'm not sure the devs can do that in the engine while adding a new world, we might have to do that ourselves later (i just hope we have a way to do that without adding all the other family member,s if not I have…
@DominicLaurence I agree, they just don't want. Instead of Journey To Battu we could've gotten a proper Sixam/alien game pack too. Spellcasters wasn't as good as vampires, it still felt limited and shallow, maybe spellcasters are the only occult that needs a whole expansion pack to flesh them out. Mermaids would be fun to…
I loved them in Sims 2, not much in SIms 3 and I don't even bother trying to play them in Sims 4. I need them to be at least as good as in Sims 2. Not all occults need to be OP creatures with skill trees and all of that, some of them like aliens and mermaids that would benefit from it got thrown in expansion packs instead…
@andre1906 its just an excuse, they can't say that SIms 4 worlds take more time, effort and 3d modeling than Sims 2/3 did and they won't want to spend more money in worlds instead of gameplay. :/
