Emma Hatch is the best friend of every sim I've ever played in Sunset Valley. She's precious. I know EA's styling can pretty much make every sim look awful, but Emma always looked so sweet to me. :3

Assuming you're talking about DeviceConfig, editing the number there won't have an effect because that top portion with CPU rating is just reporting back what it sees in GraphicsRules. In spite of what the wiki says, I've seen a few people who claim to have had the trait passed down to offspring. If their testimonies are true, it seems the chance is 50%. It is worth noting, I've also seen people suggest there is a limit of 2 hidden traits per sim, but I can't verify that information.
