I'm confused. The Ashton person above says today (Sunday) is the last day for submissions, and that would mean I've already missed it. But, the challenge was listed as ending on the 21st-- tomorrow. Here I am with my video... and on the Challenge site, there is no submission form in the How to Submit section, for…
This drives me CRAZY. All of you are right in that it's just one letter off from a bad word, usually. Recently I tried to name a cat Bizness which was disallowed, and for the life of me I can't figure out why. I know they want to protect the community but this is way too stifling. Not sure why severely limiting our words…
This is exactly as I hypothesized with the tropical calendar hint, when I noted that the circled date would be June 21. But why is everyone mad at the name? I like Island Living. Which more creative name should they have chosen?
Yeah this is an old thread, but possibly just enough time for them to have developed this by now. And I keep wondering why the gallery won't be available for 32 bit people after this. Well, maybe new create a world shares will be why.
1. The "leaks" on other sites have been a reliable pattern in the past to correctly predict which content is coming. And those sites say Tropical. 2. The switch to 64 bit and release of a Legacy thing PLUS the EA Play thing or whatever and the game changers going or whatever are all indicative of a big expansion pack…
I think they need like special lifetime traits or rewards for what their influence was, and who they are to their community. Some will be cranky old elders, some will be wise gurus who are looked up to, some will be doting grandparents... and all of them will play bingo! And it shouldn't be too easy to get one or the…
Elders are kind of boring, aren't they?! They need to be more relevant in the game. And I don't like that they all kind of look alike to me. They all have gray or white hair, maybe that's it. I go in manually and change that so they can be a little diverse and not blend too much into one elderly blob. They deserve some…
I mean, it didn't even significantly affect how their lives would go afterwards. It just became an interruption of their lives. Was it worth it? And then I think-- do I *really* want my university grads to have it better than the other sims, even if it had some kind of big impact? Different I can do, but not better. And do…
I hated University and am not looking forward to it. For me it was so boring and routine and took up my whole game. Any teen from a family was expected to go and then you had chores for the next 4 sim years until they got the plum out of there. No thanks.
If that calendar starts with Monday instead of Sunday (and is June 2019), the circled date would be Friday, June 21 -- which is also the first day of summer...
To me it's totally worth the objects & CAS etc. you get, but I find the prevalence of vampires annoying/ a nuisance. I know there are probably mods for this but I usually have to go in and tweak my game to make the vampirism less severe. I think they should have been a little rarer to simulate a more normal existence, or…
This seems like a good strategy but I don't know if I'd have the willpower for that. You know you'd get hyped watching all the cool new things unfold, watching all the other people have fun... come on... you'd be tempted!
I feel so personally attacked right now :D "Just out of curiosity, how is it that, or so it seems Ea/Maxis is like the only gaming company that stays hush on new content? I remember back when Sims 2 was out we knew what was coming at least 3 months ahead." I really prefer to know. I honestly hate waiting. The suspense…
