I'd like to see this as well, and how about a downtown university venue, think major city university with a proper big-city skyline and downtown section with apartments. Could take care of a lot of things with one expansion.

Love your work here Bren! The Decontamination Bunker is a great way for those Sims that just need to get away from all the bears, birds and the bees. It is just so retro-inspired to be considered beyond adorable! But I love it nonetheless! :)
