I have noticed compatibility being an issue when pursuing romantic interest. A lot of my sims seem to have a type and sometimes they don't click with who I originally plan for them which can be frustrating, but it all also adds some drama and surprise to the game which I've been wanting.
I play rotationally and I believe the only reason I'm not bored at the moment is because I've tried something new where I add "filler" families. I have 8 families I rotate with Sun-Sun Sim days, but if I feel like the family I am currently on is a bit stale, or not too interesting on that particular rotation I just hop…
I play rotationally with no mods and aging off for everyone. Hopefully I don't run into this problem I'm a super OCD control freak. Isn't there a cheat to make them die of old age? You could just turn aging off and send them off when you decide.
I think it feels more natural then the other Sims games. There may not be an open world but it feels like things are progressively moving especially if you have mods. I like 4 better then 2 and 2 was my absolute favorite.
I first found the Sims 1 at Walmart and bought it not realizing my PC wouldn't run it because it was the DVD disc. So I had to wait a week and I finally got the right disc. Then I stayed with my aunt for a weekend and she introduced me to the Sims 2. I spent the whole visit playing the game. She let me take the game home…
Hello all! I've been a part of the community for awhile just haven't posted much. I come here to mainly read up on my favorite game!! I've played the Sims since I was 12! I've tried very hard to get any of my 5 kids interested and no such luck. I work full time in dental and promoting Thrive, plus the family…
Today I discovered on the civic public access channel they play a sitcom that remind me of that old goofy show elimidate. Cracked me up. I love all the little gems in this game!
I play pretty structured like others. I play each household 7 Sim days (sun-sun). I have my seasons set on 28 days and I play 8 families so that away all families get played in half a year. Whichever family I'm on when the holidays hit is who I celebrate with. Sometimes I'll hop over and spend a few Sim hours with another…
I haven't gone in depth with it yet but I believe it alerts you when you've been nominated and if you have seasons it shows on the calendar when it's happening and what time.
I love San Myshuno and willow Creek equally. San Myshuno is perfect for my wilder younger Sims, while willow Creek is the perfect beautiful place to settle down with a family.
It never ends for me. I just keep throwing my own twists in for each Sim along with what the game itself throws in there. I take breaks and swap between saves if things become repetitive or boring.
