The NPCs naturally occur as you play that world. To disable it, you would need Nraas, and Overwatch. The Overwatch setting must be set on clean up all homeless true. I solve my problem by creating an island. Therefore, no roads go anywhere and you don't see the edge of the map when you play at all.

Have you tried to convert your lot into a commercial lot? Sometimes, I forget to do that. It stays a residential lot as default.

Press ctrl,shift,C all at once. Type Testingcheatsenabled true. Right click on the baby and pick Trigger Age Transition. Your baby will instant grow up.

Ok, the only way you're going to make a ghost an npc, is to kill it. (Yes, even ghosts can be killed.) You can use a cheat mod to do it. Or just try to repeat the same way the ghost was killed. Then you take his tombstone into a graveyard or leave it in the yard of your sim's house. And voila! Instant npc ghost.

It's true, I could use a Sarcophagus to have a ghost sleep in. But only Vampires can sleep in coffins, not undead in general.

The effective way to disable zombies is to set the moon to any phase but full moon. And then you have to freeze the lunar cycle in options screen, too. Or the moon will change to full eventually. I might try to make a new world with a medium map. The small one, is well a bit too small. The only reason why it only got 4 rec'd is because I just didn't really advertise it or had many friends at that time, and I'm trying to see what kind of response I could get.

If you choose to save your house, too. You will need to make or find an empty lot, the size of that house, too, for the new world.

Try falling in love with the Mailman, or the cop that comes to take the burglar away, or the burglar or you can make one from CAS. And yes, it can be hard to find a single sim that's not a service related sim.

You don't even need a mod to age a toddler. Just type, testingcheatsenabled true. Press and hold shift, then click on the toddler and age that toddler to a child.

Well, sometimes the birthday cake fails, this is when you have to use an age up cheat. Just turn on testingcheatsenabled true. Shift click on the sim you want to age, and select the age option. Works 100% and never fails.

No, it hasn't because I've had a ghost hunter sim when I had Katy Perry's Showtime. And it worked perfectly back then. When I get to Supernatural, the bugs started happening.
