I never get bored at anything, but since the initial "Oh golly gee wow" of sims 3, I've always found it uninteresting. Even when I have crazy ideas, I can never get invested with them.
haha when the base game first came out in Australia, it was $90+. Expansion packs also start at $50+. When you look at the currency conversion, we are getting massively ripped off. But at any rate, I don't like the sims store so I don't buy anything from it. I've learnt my lesson with Sims3, and I can now find the staff…
I agree! But they should get rid of the ones about meeting people, and cockroaches! I got them all the time! And also they should rid the world of the learned to cook one. So annoying!
Haha after my massive exams at the end of the year, I plan to install Sims 1 and all the expansions. I haven't played them since 2007! I love the music, I always listen to it when writing my study notes!
Even though I will not buy it (or at least not right away), I think the game should start with: - Roomate options - Apartments/Bording houses Right from the beginning.
I've decided I'm not going to buy any more sims. I've bought the games since the first sims, and I used to not mind paying for all the expansions over again, until Sims3. I haven't been very impressed with EA, and I'm sure if I bought Sims 4 it would continue to happen. They'll keep on stressing the online store and online…
When I heard that the new patch brought in store advertising, I thought that it meant having an option like that (havn't installed it, I wouldn't know). It is a good idea though- way back at the start of Sims 3, I bought some hair and it looked terrible in game!
Sims 2 representin! Sims 2 has better gameplay, imo. I also do not feel encouraged to support a company that seems to not care about their customers. (bugs not being fixed, etc)
[quote=LukeysEmmy *applauds this post* I couldn't have put it better if I tried. :) I totally see where you're coming from, OP; there are certain users who just moan on and on about the game and it does make you wonder why they bother coming here :/[/quote] I know I bother (and others) to come here because we loved this…
@Writin _Reg: You do make some excellent points, however your last paragraph about 'get a better computer'- couldn't you say the same thing with Sims 2 problems? I know that I have never had any major problems with the Sims 2 (although I also didn't got very many major Sims 3 problems). On top of which, I have not used any…
I pretty much agree with this. Currently, the whole ep seems to be very empty, because a lot of the features that would have been in it came with LN. No go for me.
I thought it seems lacking too, just from the way it is advertised. The only new gameplay ideas is that you can become about three different performers, and thats it. Currently, there does not seem to be anything else to do once you have done all three. Also, do you think that you would need to buy LN to go with it, or are…
Sims 2 for myself. Sims 3 has the most amazing building skills, but I find that the sims themselves are boring, which did not make for very exciting gameplay. I'm not a very good builder/ designer anyway, so it doesn't really bug me.
