  • I love playing female sims just as much as playing male sims. It's no secret, the game has so much more content for female sims so that's where I really let my creativity shine. I also am not one to stick to strict gender stereotypes in game but that's mostly to make sure my sims all feel different. I tend to play…
  • I pretty much play this way though I try to always incorporate something into my main saves. I'm just getting around to focusing on the Snowy Escape content well that is the stuff that's limited to the world. I had dabbled in the career and cheated in some lifestyles before just to see how I liked them. I find I don't like…
  • It depends on the size of the lots. None of them should be 20 × 20 of even 30× 20 imo. They all need to be 40 × 30 and above so we can actually have land to grow.
  • I'm so glad I didn't buy it on release. The Sims 4 Get To Build Challenge is not worth $20USD. Now I love new careers but there's zero substance to this. I mean really no new skill or the incorporation of existing skills to advance the career. No new objects aside from the modular furniture that offers no real benefit to…
  • Rabbits are confirmed to not be household pets. Sims can put a home down for them but they will come and go. And also I agree with the too cutsey thing. I absolutely do not care about the animals having clothes and stuff I think it's ridiculous that they devote time to such things instead of allowing us to own herds of…
  • I'm someone that wanted farming/ranching but I can say plainly that I'm ready for the sustainability/live off the land theme to be put to rest. This pack definitely delivers although it's sad that it doesn't include horses (but I guess we'll save that for a future kit, sp or gp🙄)
  • I would have preferred even more detail not just the hobbies but general preferences like food (as mentioned above) but fav drink too, specific book genre, art painting style, specific tv channels. Why not be able to prioritize weightlifting over jogging or meditating over yoga poses. What about liking certain times of the…
  • I just saw it today randomly. A sim I invited over happened to do it while I was barely paying attention.
  • This had been in the game for a month and we just found out about it a couple of days ago. Up until then no one knew what they changed about the trait so it seems strange that it's suddenly so contentious. Either way it wasn't in game long enough th to miss it. I say it was a pretty pointless feature that is not something…
  • I really dislike the cooking animations. I know they did it to make cooking more interesting but I can't stand how long it takes to do all the tricks when my sim is high up in the skill. I don't mind the animations when their bad at cooking but I don't understand why any sim that's not a chef would do all the tricky…
  • So great that you did a room. I might add if you have City Living there are usually stalls that sell most types of produce. It's good for when you have a bit of money on hand and one of your preferred harvestables is out of season of you have Seasons.
  • It's a missed opportunity. I know a lot of folks hate it when some players compare TS3 to TS4 but we got Brave & Coward in TS3 base game. The scared emotion is a nice addition to the base game but I'd rather brave be a cas trait so it would actually impact a sims behavior and not just dampen an emotion.
  • I hope we get this and an architect/interior design career soon.
  • This has been happening in my game too. I have to play with autonomy off to get my sims to stop canceling interactions.
  • I think what really turned me off (as someone who voted specifically for arts & crafts, and ) was that there was a keen focus specifically on knitting as opposed to crochet, sewing, embroidery, etc. I had hopped knitting was just their way of delving into all manner of creating textiles and/or fabric which is totally…
  • I definately remember them saying only 1 or 2 concepts would make it into the pack however, I feel community support for the pack took a real turn when it became only about knitting. I feel many simmers that voted for Arts & Crafts were mislead by the ranked format the survey took. Why rank it if you're only willing to do…
  • I couldn't agree more. It's no coincidence that we're getting Paranormal stuff in what seems to be such a short timeline. And a lot of the knitting stuff seemed to piggy back off of the Eco Lifestyle theme in terms of aesthetic. With that in mind, I asked this question more along the lines of wondering if we could predict…
  • No surprise... I think romance needs some improvememt as well overall family play. But what really keeps me invested in the game is building up my town. A huge flaw in Sims 4 for me I'm realizing is how you boot up the game and no sims really know each other outside of their own individual households. I feel that's even…
  • I'm excited for this new emotion as well. Might be asking too much but I hope they bring back the Brave & Coward traits to go with it.
  • It's ROM all over again. Sims 4 barely delivers on any concept and they will do the same with the Star Wars theme.
  • Maybe they are finally hearing us. Kids need to be able to interact with the main feature in every new pack, have a child equivalent, or have a special interaction of learning the skill or object with an older sim with high relationship. This alone makes me really excited for this stuff pack (which I've been really fed up…
  • It's crazy because you'll never be able to spend it in this game even when buying all the most expensive stuff. I just put it in the Get Famous fault & try to budget off my sims standard income. At least in TS3 there were multiple properties you could buy, luxury cars & houseboats or invest in property around the town.…
  • If you have Outdoor Retreat cloudgazing or stargazing is a good way to build friendship fast & the sim won't reject it at all.
  • It's very glitchy & I don't like that you can't place any produce in them but the vertical planter seeds or whatever. I also had trouble with evolving them but that was because I guess it needed harvesting before my sim could evolve it. I don't think I've had to weed them yet so idk about that. And the evolve animation is…
  • I've only dealt with Vlad in my Occult save. My Spellcaster sim discovered Vlads appearance was due mainly to a wretched curse placed on him by an ancient evil witch. Vlad only needed to show an ounce of kindness to a human sim to break the spell & restore his beauty, which was enough to encourage to finally pursue his one…
  • There should absolutely be a way to get the "shared" stuff back. Someone stole my sims whole dumpster.😩 Interesting enough, stuff didn't start disappearing until I had the greenery initiative active maybe the glitch is tied to that.
  • I typically make Marcus a Bodybuilder in the Athletic career and Eva in the culinary career.
  • It's probably that he used the singing skill to write & liscense songs until the sim was famous enough to win for one.
  • I'm sure more action themed packs are coming. All we have to do is look at what they did with Strangerville to see where certain devs want to take the game. I think a Superhero pack would be a good idea. Not only is it something that's never been done, but it also could add more fantastical play to the sims. We already…
