I think I have a workaround for the Origin scale problem. I think it's to do with the scaling you have setup for Windows. If I change this to 100% on mine then Origin looks fine. Unfortunately that's not very practical for me due to my PC setup/distance from screen, and 100% makes everything else so small it hurts my eyes…

I'm sure there will be new life states at some point. I for one think this still looks like a good EP and I'm looking forward to my Sims being able to live in an apartment and experience city life. The devs know life states are wanted by a lot of simmers and I'm sure they aren't overlooked, perhaps the team is just working…

Thanks for the clarification, although I can't say I'm happy with the news it doesn't change my initial thoughts and I'm still looking forward to this EP. I know you can't comment, but if new life states are in scope somewhere down the line I know a lot of us would enjoy them. :)

I hope I'm wrong trust me! I thought at first it might be the effect you get with the mouse over but then I figured that wouldn't be likely to get into a trailer if the person setting up the video forgot to move their mouse or something like that. Idk but really hope it does mean something.

Agreed! I'd prefer my vampires didn't glow and were more like TS2 ones, but any vampires are fun vampires in my book!

Does that make me a minority for this game being neither? :p I'm also closing in on 30 years old so I'd say I'm probably older than a lot of players too. I've played since TS1 and always found it a great way to relax, most of the games I play regularly are some sort of simulation game.

Male here, but I'd guess there's probably a higher percentage of females that play from my experience. Just a feeling I get from the forums/watching LP's and reading the comments etc.

Is he in a club gathering when this happens? The only time I've seen memory erase used autonomously in my game is when I set my Alien club to "use alien powers", and my alien sim is level 9 mischief so she uses the others quite often.

This happens to me probably about half of the time. You can clearly see my mailbox isn't at all obstructed though (on the right of the steps leading up to the door)

You're right, no option to swipe for Klepto Sims :( I have MC Command Center (Deaderpool's TS4 version of Master Controller) but that's the only mod I have. I don't have the option to drag the painting or scrap it or any other options besides View/Name (and frame before I pressed that).

My store is open plan, if they can swipe it without me busting them then fair play to them! As long as I can restock it that is, it's an art gallery so I'll be a little annoyed if they swipe a masterpiece my Sim painted and I can't replace it.
