As did I, but my sims are still looting my tables and chairs and whatnot when I choose to visit a different neighborhood's community lot. I dunno what the patch fixed, but it didn't seem to work as intended.

I tried quitting and rejoining and it seems to be working so far. But I don't think I want to promote them again using cheats out of fear it gets screwed up somehow. I wonder why it was buggy though.

I've clicked on bars and food stalls in the spice district. There's a review food and drink option on the bars but not on the food stalls. I have repaired the game twice. No mods. And I have indeed traveled to other bars around the neighborhood. Nothing happens. I will have to try another sim in the food critic career. I wonder if the premade family i'm using is bugged. I'm new to all this new content.

Agreed. I only bought Sims 4 because it brought back rotational play from Sims 2. I hated being forced to play only one household in Sims 3 because if you dared visiting another household, the game would undo hours of play. Oh wow, this thread! AMAZING! I haven't played this game in awhile because I refuse due to the relationship culling added in GT. Yeah, deleting them and undoing it seems to be a temporary fix. Loading the game or just leaving the lot and returning makes the walls invisible again. So, huge pain to just rebuild your whole house (if all the walls are messed up) every single time.

I've actually painstakingly gone through that house before and fixed everything that was placed with the move objects cheat just because I can't stand it. I'd be surprised if that was the problem.

Reloading the lot though does result in the same issue. So, mild annoyance in having to delete walls and put them back every time you load.

Deleting the wall and putting it back weirdly works for the time being. Lol, should have just tried bulldozing things to begin with before posting here. Hopefully it's as easy as this for all the walls that show up this way.

I'm handling relationship culling by just not playing the game. Too much gameplay undone. I keep holding onto the empty hope that MAYBE it'll be fixed in a patch. Oh, thanks for this. I didn't know it was the baking activity mucking this up. I made the club strictly cooking and mixology and sims seem to make random things now. I'll try making a baking club later when this hopefully gets a fix.

Thanks for the help. I haven't had any technical issues with the game before this. It seems tied to the dance floor and the placement on the ground floor. Wonder if it bugs out in other lots...

Oh my god. I think I figured it out. It's the see-through dance floor. I deleted it and now I can move the objects there and no more reflective floor. Well, that solves the building problem. But at least I know now the dance floor is buggy. I don't think I have the see-through dance floor object anywhere else in my game. I…

Tried updating my drivers and the problem persists. I uploaded the lot and called it "bugged" Oddly enough, the pictures of the lot show the weird reflective floor.
