I'm so torn. I love Star Wars. I love Disney parks and Galaxy's Edge. I also love the Sims very, very much. This pack, however, looks like it will be the nail in the coffin for many players. The pack itself looks great. The lighting, the world, the objects, it looks like they studied the parks and got the details just…
I wasn't able to see or select he "Tiny Home Residential" lot type until I removed mods having to do with venues, these may have to be updated: Zerbu - Venu Changes Zerbu - Changes to existing venues Little Miss Sam - More Buyable Venues
Blaring editing errors in this trailer. For one the female sim riding the bike, there’s clipping with the bush and fence. Second, the Sims walking out of the lab are laggy/glitching. Do you seriously not notice these things in a teaser for a game you’re trying to sell? Or if they do they choose to ignore it, they assume we…
It's a huge slap in the face. I personally have bought every released pack, it's really irritating that content I paid for is now being released publicly for base game players.
Yes, understood as I stated before in the OP. Even when reaching a high level, even on the lots that are supposed to be "up and coming" and "hottest spot in town" look like you know what. The fact that we cant edit the studio the same way we can edit the hospital/police station/science lots is bizarre and quite frankly…
Ill get the DXDiag in a sec. I got a couple snapshots just to figure if they might help. Error Window: Device Manager/GeForce 8400 Properties/It is working... :-/ Inside my computer Outside (Where graphic card plug ins are located
We both do, trust me, but I'd rather try things that might work. Plus the direction booklet that came with the card tells me to plug in my power supply, then plug in my monitor. Both of witch I couldn't do. I couldnt plug in my power supply because... I dont have one. I couldnt plug in my monitor because the screen was…
The only reason I don't have the power source plugged in is because you have to buy it separate. How stupid is that?! Question: If I buy the power supplies then will I be able to plug my monitor into the new graphics card and have it work? As I said before, the fan on the card is running, so the card is working fine. I…
Haha! I'm not of age, but that was funny! (If I were a sim my mood would go up a little). Best buy, but they charge you... and we have a friend thats good with computers but I don't want to bother him right now. I am going to get a power supply and see if that fixes anything. If not then I will bring it in.
Yes, it does. It has been installed. I updated my drivers from the website, is that the same as loading the drivers? How do I find the default resolution? I cant see my desktop with the monitor plugged into the card, I was hoping the extra "power supply" might fix this. If the monitor works while plugged into the graphics…
It is well received. Thank you! I can try to answer most of your questions, but some things I'm not sure about. -I have NVIDIA GeForce 8400. -I downloaded new drives and installed them. -My graphics card slot is a PCI. It is, trust me we went back and forth from the store 3 times trying to get one that would fit.…
Once again... I did that already. I even went as far as to uninstall it (rtclick>Uninstall) and then when I searched for drivers it popped up again, causing me to have to re-able the new one and disable the old one, again. It is disabled now, and my new card is "working properly".
Not to mention I have been stuck in what looks to be like 800x600 and even if I change the resolution it looks the same. Oh, and I cant plug my monitor into the graphics card, because then nothing comes up on the screen. Is there something I did wrong when installing it? Do I need to buy an extra power supply? I remember a…
Yes, I already did that. Thanks for trying to help, but as said before I followed all the instructions so theres not really a point in repeating them a 4th time. I updated the driver for the graphics card. Still wont work. Checking if I need to update windows (again).
Ok, double post but this is my thread so who cares? I think it might be that the graphics card is built into the computer. Even with disabling it, the game would still not work? And the instructions for the video card told me to "replace" the old with new. I took out what looked to be the old video card, but maybe it…
Good to know I am not the only one. I did what the instructions told me to do, everything but plug in the monitor to the graphics card thing, because nothing came on the screen when I did. I am purely sure that I connected it right, and installed it right. I only dont have the "power source" that was supposed to plug into…
Search forums before you post, many other people have a problem like this (including me)! If you check the requirements for the game on the website it should have what kind of graphics card you need.
