  • I play on Xbox and was going to buy some kits I don't have but than I learned that My First Pet Stuff is Free on PC but not on Console. This is even more annoying since I already own the Pets EP and you can't buy My First Pet Stuff separately on Xbox, it's only bundled with Pets EP. So I either rebuy an EP I already own to…
  • I think a big part of the problem is us, the gamers. Myself included. They release an obviously poorly tested new pack, the most dedicated of simmers have already bought/preordered it. Others will buy it after a patch fixes only a handful of the issues leaving tons of bugs and issues that will never be fixed, ever. Another…
  • @PenguinFoop Very true, although I prefer gaming on console, I dislike the idea of losing achievements if you cheat, mainly because when the game gets buggy you can't just cheat to fix it, you have to restart. I get so put off by that I generally stop playing and play a less buggy game instead.
  • When I used to play on PC it was cheats, but since I got my series X and started using Gamepass I am all about Achievements because you need them for all the rewards offers. Gotta collect those rewards points for free Xbox gift cards.
  • Instead of just an off switch, I wish they put in some effort to tone fears down to a more manageable level and adjust them to actually make sense. I don't hate fears, they are a good idea that were poorly executed. Why does it always have to be all or nothing with this game?? What bothers me the most is that I like whims…
  • I miss fairies so much, they were my favorite occult in sims 3, eventually my game was practically taken over by them. I would love if they brought them back along with the little fairy homes and some proper fairy lore. It is odd because fairies seem like they would be an easy occult to add.
  • I tend to be pretty negative about Sims 4 in general, but I really like ECO. I put off buying this pack, because the NAPS sounded terrible, but when I finally caved I was pleasantly surprised. It was fun and different, and I was able to play my game for longer than a few hours without feeling bored. So that's a pretty huge…
  • What you say you want steak, have this meatball and be happy we feed you at all. 😋 This had potential as an EP, would have been able to add more gameplay, but this sounds like a stuff pack with a tiny world tossed in, since they don't make stuff packs any more. I tend to be negative when it comes to this game, but I hope…
  • This has always been the case even in Sims 3 though the store added more options, and it has always bothered me. Every pack we add to our game slows it down. I really don't want to add more adult female clothes to my game and although my male Sims happily wear skirts and I will likely buy that kit eventually, it didn't…
  • I haven't touched Sims 4 in months, mostly because it doesn't hold my interest for long anymore. Kits are not enough to make me want to return to the game, and with no EPs for months... Meanwhile, I have tons of games that I like as much, or more. Fallout 4, Stardew Valley, Persona, Assassin's Creed, sadly I have more…
  • I don't get the comparison of kits to the Sims 3 store. I actually liked the Sims 3 store. Sure things were pricey, but they had weekly sales, daily deals and regular freebies. Unlike kits the Sims 3 store sold new worlds and tons of gameplay items, I could always find ways to improve my game even between EP releases, but…
  • The way this NAP could have worked: you invite a friend over, they notice something you have that they like and comment on how nice it is. You get a pop up allowing you to either say thank you, or you could share by giving them the item as a gift. Plus if you have retail in your game you get an additional option to suggest…
  • When I want to dress my male sims in feminine clothing, and sometimes I do, I already have a ton of options to choose from. Which I am happy about, but... I would have really like a regular male clothing pack, instead of skirts and designer outfits. Plus if this "male" fashion pack doesn't sale, because it isn't really…
  • I think they should go on sale, but I don't think they will anytime soon.
  • For a brief moment scenarios sounded interesting to me, and I thought it was time to turn on my PC and jump Into the game, but they lost me at limited time, shakes head and goes back to my new PS5 and Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
  • The Sims 3 store was expensive, but it had awesome things. Theme park items, world's, Casinos, arcades, you could pretty much build anything. Sims 4 kits cannot compare.
  • Not nearly enough considering how much I have invested in this game. I was waiting for the new EPs that will be interesting enough to pull me back in, but I have given up now. Too few too far between... But hey we got kits :(
  • I like Uni and Get Together, surprisingly I enjoyed the eco pack much more than I expected, and I like Island living though I feel it could've been much better. I really regret the Star Wars pack, and was very disappointed with Snowy Escape.
  • This is really nice! Matching will be easier now.
  • I really hate myself for buying this pack. I played it for a couple hours and was just so bored with it. Plus I bought the designer pack and a kit as well. After adding $65 to my game I should not be bored after two hours.
  • Fairies Casino Arcade Toy oven Baby swing Drums Playpen Rollercoaster Merry go round Open World I could go on and on, but need to head to work.
  • I am already leaning towards giving up the Sims after 4 is over, and it will take alot of positive changes for me to even consider sticking around for Sims 5. Multiplayer would be the final nail in the coffin for me.
  • Agreed, and additionally, since all negative threads get hidden in feedback, this positive feedback thread should also be moved. We shall see. As for the new game pack, I am not interested at all. I might get it if it has enough items I want. But I disliked how this worked, or actually didn't work, in Sims 3, so not…
  • I would like to have fairies in Sims 4, but I suspect they wouldn't be as good as the ones in Sims 3, so I have also pretty much given up. Prove me wrong Sims team, I dare you. 😁
  • Elders are fine the way they are IMHO.
  • I want to say NO, but apparently I am a little touched in the head, because I keep buying more content I don't need for a game that I enjoy much less than I should. Bought the dust pack this weekend, and tried playing, found it really troubling that my sims no longer change into seasonal attire when they should. Stopped…
  • It has been awhile, and I believe I was playing on PS3 and not my 360, but I remember running into a horrible bug that would not allow me to save my game. I don't believe it was ever fixed either, which is why I moved over to Sims 3 on PC, and will never touch another Sims game on any console.
  • Personally, I want to play Sims 4, there are things I like about it, and I come here to the forum hopeful that I will get news that something is being added or fixed in the game to improve it. However, it is always so little fixes, or they fix one thing while breaking another. I get excited, because they add something that…
  • Me too. I loved the Sims 3 fairies. I think half of the families I created in Sims 3 were fairies. I loved their little fairy homes, and the Fairy Arboretum was really nice, even if it was a rabbit hole.
