Yes, because I wanted a School Pack and not an American Pack. Just like @SilentKitty said, I wished we had a Dine Out like systeme : build your school, choose a uniform (or not), a bunch of skills to study. Options for homeschooling, boarding school. New hobbies for teens after school. It's the Sims, they could have…
I'm not sure if I'll buy it on release, or later, I don't know enough about the pack to decide yet, and I still have lots of content I haven't explored from the previous packs.
Ideally it should either switch depending on enrolled/not enrolled or remember the last one that was open but otherwise I'd rather have the Clubs panel open by default.
Hello all ! Sorry for the delay, I'm quite busy at the moment with BabyNeia to take care of, which is why I'm a little (a lot!) behind on updating my mods and my tool. And the server is getting full, so I'd need to do some optimization (career texts are taking too much space) for it to run again. I don't know when I'll get…
It's no longer used but it's still there in the game files so I decided to keep it too. If you have already exported the careers for the Island Living patch, you just need the new Commons.
I have updated my More Clubs Per Sim mod (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=571322) I'm planning on doing the career tool next, no idea how much time it will take me though :)
It looks like it doesn't show up properly indeed but the link are still available if you scroll laterally to the right. Register and Login are there, outside of the grey top bar.
@vejai It's the page you go to when you click on the Create link in the top menu. You should have a "Download" link between export and delete, next to your career in the list. You can find more info on what you should do next with the files you've downloaded on the Help page (which you can access by clicking on the Help…
For the Python update, it won't have that much impact on the tool, Python is only used for the PTO interaction on the phone and most of the career content don't use Python at all. I'll update the help page on the site with the info on how to make .ts4script with the new Python. The tutorial on MTS is not by me, it's by…
I'd like to add new features other time. I don't have any plan for an offline variant of the tool. Thanks for the bug report. I'll take a look ! Not at the moment. You can choose to make work days rather short if you want, but it will behave just like a normal career in game.
@moondansr A .pyc is a compiled file, a .pyo is compiled and optimized. It's the -O at the end of the command line (Python.exe -O) to get a .pyo, so make sure you're aren't missing it. But a .pyc will work just fine too, so don't worry.
When the tool is updated, I add a message on the front page of the tool and I also post in this thread, you can bookmark it and it should notify you when there are new posts. I may post it on Twitter too if that's more convenient to keep track of. You can only choose skills that already exist in the game, and there's no…
