I have a big problem... I log in to origin when I am offline but when I click on my sims 4 all my expansion, game, and stuff packs are all gone from my base game. When I sign on to my origin while online and go on my sims they are all there? Why is that I only play my sims when I am offline? It only started doing this yesterday after I updated the game! I really need to know why this is happing and how I can fix this someone please HELP!!!
