I found the answer! I went to an old saved version of the game under files and folders, and copied the files from the "saves" to the saves folder of a game that I created just for experimentation. There was the old game! With my custom community lots! I copied the lots into my library, and when I went into my newer game, they were there for my use! I may try this with other lost older games, just to restore the games themselves.
