Good news!

You actually can sign up for something like this from home. It is basically our program where you can show us your beta interest in certain games.

To sign up, please login on the Origin app on your computer. Click the Origin menu, select Account and Privacy and then select the Game Tester Program tab. Here you can show your interest in our games which hopefully leads to those beta invites! :-)

I was imagined it different, not like real job, but as a program where you can do game testing from your home. Is something like that happening? Or you need have job in one of the countries where you can apply as a game tester?

How will person be chosen to this program? Just sing up at Origin web and wait so maybe you get lucky to be chosen?

All I know is that you can sign up there. I have no information on what happens after. All you can do now is wait and hope that you are chosen!
