    I thought the new seasons EP had a hot chocolate maker as well as some Christmas lights. Where do I find those at?

      You can get lights by clicking the front door and selecting the options. I'm not sure if they have a hot chocolate maker, but they have a snow cone maker in buy mode.

      You can get hot chocolate on festival lots during the winter season but there is no hot chocolate maker for home.

      you can also place the hot chocolate booth on a community lot/park and a vendor will come to man the cash register.
