Considering a new computer help please

Hello,

I am considering getting a new computer, as my old one is now not working properly. I am looking for one that will play sims 3 with all the expansions. Will one of these work?

Thank you for any help you can give me

eMachines are NOT designed for gaming, and you are simply not going to get something that will play Sims in the $300 range. Both of the computers you linked have very slow processors. The second has the better processor, but only 2GB memory, while the bare minimum I'd recommend is 4GB. The second one also has an Nvidia 6150 graphics card which is NOT supported by the game. The first one has a weak integrated card that is also not suitable for gaming. Put simply-- neither of those are good for Sims. I would not try it on either of those.

what would you recommend, I have some best buy gift cards as well as some credit for there if need be, but I'd prefer something around $400 at most (before I take the credits as I can't really afford more than that). Thanks for the advice and I'll keep looking.

My budget is no more than $400. I have all the sims 2 and 3 games plus expansions and would love to continue playing but since seasons the game crashes on my current computer and the consensus when I look for help on that issue is my computer sucks.

    Thank you
