Water features and effects?

I was just wondering if its possible to have fountain effects and sprays/jets of water in CAW? I've fiddled around with the waterfall, rotating them and stuff, but the water always seems to fall down (stoopid gravity!). :roll:

I'm sure I've seem jets of water in cc worlds?

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

I have never used mods for sims 3 so I feel a bit nervous about them. Have you used them?

Indeed I have-the initial setup of a mods folder for that crap is somewhat hard if you're inexperienced but once you get it set-up you'll find it's really easy.
