    I looked for this question, But did not find it. I was wondering how to claim my pre-order item from Origin. The Sims 3 Seasons, Shark and Bumble Bee Costumes ? I am thankful for any answer in advance. I was just wondering because I was really looking forward to them. Thank you.

      I received an email from them about the costumes with the code for it and how and where to download it.

      I placed the order on the 6th and got the costume email this morning.

      I pre-ordered Seasons from Origin as well (physical version) & I received my game in the mail on time but haven't received an email for the costume codes. I emailed them yesterday & I really hope to hear back from them soon.

      UPDATE:

      I did a live chat with someone from EA & they sent me the redemption code for the costumes. Thanks EA! :D

      I'm still waiting for the email for my code for the costumes got the first 2 emails.

      The First one was to say I paid for it the second one was the link to the game but as yet I'm still waiting for the third one which is for the costumes. :(
