      I have digital and mine won't work either. Where are the Bee and Shark costumes.

      i'm having the same issue with the digital download,
      this time i didnt get a link to download my custom things just a serial code that is too short. didnt even get an email for my costumes.
      also wont let me register my game!
      so confused ;~;

      Maybe its cause it has to download first. Not sure

      i cant register my game it keep saying its the wrong key =( but at least the game is downloading

      Digital people:
      The first email is the Lounge, so that's why it's short.
      And yes, i am having trouble with my serial code.... it won't go through.

      I got two emails for my costume and ice lounge before the game email was sent to me.

      mines doesn't work either, but I will try again after it download plus I didn't get my code for the costumes. if I don't see it in the morning I am calling EA.

      the ice lounge worked, but the serial didn't... maybe they didn't put them in the system to register yet...?

      I did not get the costume codes either, and I am downloading the game now. However when I went to register my game with www.thesims3.com it says invalid game code. Anyone get any answers on this yet?

      ok i figured out the ice lounge, go to redeem a code instead.
      still didnt get an email for the shark/bumblebee costumes.
      also still cant register my game, gonna keep trying.

      not sure but I installed and it asked for a code. on the sims 3.com under my profile it shows that I just registered seasons...hmmm

      I'm having the same problem. Digital download, when I go to register the game tells me my code is invalid :(

      At least my game is downloading...very quickly too!

      Just got costumes code and installed and downloaded in less than 20min so looking good, I will see if it self registered like others have noticed.

      Just throwing my 2 cents in... can't register on the site, but the game installed fine. I'm thinking it's because it's still relatively new, and the Database hasn't been updated yet. I also got the email that has the "Trick-or-Treat Costumes Pack" & the other Origin "Exclusive" content, but it went to my Junk folder. :)
