How to build a large walk-in shower (tutorial w/ screenshots)

I know I'm probably not the first to do this, but I think it would be good if more people would also have the tools to start building more creative bathrooms. Every house I download seems to just be using EA's most expensive shower/tub hybrid and it looks totally boring and ugly. Apologies if a tutorial for this has already been made but I did a search on these forums and nothing came up (the search function is horrible).

Ever wanted to build a walk-in shower? Ever wanted your favorite couple to be able to shower in the same shower at the same time? Need a way to build showers for your public swimming pool?

Well, now all your problems are solved. You'll never need to use the stupid EA plumbing ever again. This shower is fully functional for two people simultaneously and does not require any cheats. As another perk, the shower itself is considered another room for privacy purposes. All you need is to download this backless shower object from modthesims.info: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=361082

Be warned that that object is a clone of the more expensive upright one-square shower, but completely invisible other than the the plumbing fixtures. So keep that in mind when you're trying to make your shower accessible, because Sims can only access it from 90 degrees counterclockwise from where the showerhead is. So you can make multiple showers facing different directions, but the "entrances" must always be on the correct side.

Here I simply made a 2x2 enclosure of walls with a 1-square long divider of wall in the middle. The *'s represent the shower objects:

You could also fully divide the two showers along the middle but I like it when Sims can enter or exit out of either door, or switch showers or kiss while still in the shower :P

Then, add two doors to the bottom section and fill all the other walls with windows and you're done! I personally like the full length glass doors and windows. This adds tons of possibilities when designing your bathrooms and I hope you have fun with it!

Apologies for the last screenshot, but the couple living in that house happens to be gay and I was too lazy to evict them and make a new couple.

Yeah. It only requires one custom content object and no cheats at all!

Im using arches atm do get a similar effect. Sims count arches as doors so they dont shoo other sims from the room. I dont want people to have to download extra stuff its a great idea tho ill probably use it for a lot im gonna use personally :)
