      That was a very quick bus ride. I see everyone has started to unpack.

      Type of build: kinda the same type as the modern eco-friendy home.
      Which EPs and SPs do you have: well u probably knows it already got everything without diesel, pets, katy perry sweet treats, bathroom luxury

      Lot size (dimensions): was first thinking of 40x40 but then again I realized they need some garage. I love the little type of house in the backyard and was thinking maybe if u could make a garage there or make it fit to the rest of the house. don't want the house and garage side by side. (got two cars now)

      2. FLOORS, on this neighbor house Please
      I was thinking about some area with some witch stuff, chess table and maybe some bedrooms on the second floor. and on the 1.st floor maybe the kitchen and living room.
      3.rd floor should be the roof so it gets a huge ceiling.

      Number of bedrooms: 1 master bedroom. 1 nursery/babies room and a girl/soon to be teenager girl bedroom.

      U don't really need to decorate the inside, cuz I don't really know how this family is going to be, right now it's young adults couple living on the other side of my family founder simsfamily. The family has young girl, a baby boy and is now pregnant again. since I've got SN I was thinking maybe putting in some stuff so they can work on some of their supernatural skills. but as I said I'm not sure at all what they need so I just want the "basic" walls and some pretty stairway to the second floor (I know it's takes a long time with the roof so I won't bother you on the interior and all the accessories)

      Some nice matching garden would be really nice of u to make if u got time, if not I'll just try to make some similar to the first house u made
      (the fruit garden was so cute so want something like that).



      Do you want it furnished and decorated: As written above, I don't know exactly what the family want and need yet, so no need to furniture it. if u got time it would have been really nice of you to make the house outside paints/pattern in some matching colors so they can be some matching neighbor-houses


      Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? sure, do as u normally do hon
      Please list the Store content that can be used: got zen-again style and ultra lounge stuff 2010 -I think, and ofc the new table and windows u gifted me
      Please list the Dr. Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used:-
      If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one: riverwiew/and the new town in SN
      Link to specific house or plan: well u know, the same as the other
      Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.): wrote about it a little longer up in this text (not sure yet, a hot tub maybe?)
      Additional instructions: the garage can be put out as the extra building, not sure yet if I want the oval roof or not over it so u can ask me later on about this

      hope it's not too much to ask for, basically just a neighbor house to the eco-friendly home, just with a 2. floor and the same beautiful oval roof. no decorating is needed yet Thanks in advance

      This is my 2nd move and I have to say I'm excited. :D
      Only 11 people in front of me.
      I have to say I cant wait. The builds just keep getting better.

      Also, I'd just like to say don't stress if my request isn't claimed before the 15th.

      All the latest builds are smashing, but the hammering and drilling are killing me!

      If I haven't mentioned anything about the new members of the DNA team, it's because I really haven't noticed any newness... they blend in so seamlessly in talent, it is as if they have been here for ages. Like an old friend you just met, yet feel you have known forever.

      *sigh* I love this place. Carry on! :D

      Even when her brain hurts she's all eloquent and sweet. Puts me to shame. So I'm just going to second what she said!

      The ride over was painless, best move I ever had. :)

      *Slides bean bag chair over to the corner and sits with chocolate milk and large bucket of Halloween candy*
