Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): Traditional
Which EPs and SPs do you have? Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets
If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)? Don't own
Lot size (dimensions): 60X60 (I am going to use it for a legacy house) It doesn't need to totally fill up 60X60 I just need it on that lot type.
Number of bedrooms: Between 7-8 I know that is a lot, but I want there to be enough rooms.
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? Just nothing too formal
Number of bathrooms: 5-6 (half bathrooms are fine)
Favorite color schemes: Doesn't matter, whatever you think looks best
Colors you dislike: Orange
Do you want it furnished and decorated? Yes please
Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used? Sure
Please list the Store content that can be used: Most of them, I don't have any of the below ones though
Please list the Dr. Pepper and T-Mobile promotional items that can be used: Don't have those
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Sunset Valley

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? All of those, would be great, but a pool is not required.
Additional instructions? I am basically going to use this for my legacy house so that is why it needs to be large so it can support all of the generations. Recreational rooms (like a workout room, game room etc. would be amazing. Do whatever you think looks best in the end though.

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately we are not looking for Sim makers at this time. To be honest, we usually don’t hire strictly Sim Makers as the bulk of our requests are for Lots. However, we do keep a list of people interested in joining D.N.A. and I will add your name to that list in case we do decide there is a need for a Sim Maker in the future.
You have some lovely Sims and I left you some Rec’s.
