  For me, i went into my inven. and selected a seed and hit plant. You wont be able to plant some right away, i tried ot plant garlic, but gardening was still too low. hope that helps.

  I haven't found "tools" for gardening. But, if you go to the park, you will find seeds, pick those up. Some will be grapes, apples, lettuce ect... They will be in your inv. Open that up, and click on say the apple, and select to plant it. Just dont forget to water it. Another way to plant things is to go shopping, get some produce. Those will also be in your inv. You can click on those also to plant. Only thing, is you have to be high enough in gardening to plant things like limes, watermelon, garlic ect..
