But..have you edited the sky? I cannot believe that's the real sim sky, i'm gobsmacked at how fantastic those graphics are if you haven't.

At first i was thinking not to furnish the house, just put old wall finishes and put som boxes, like an abandoned house. but i ended up putting furnitures and make it look old, thats the chellenging part.

Thank you. Yes, thats the sim sky. no edit, no photoshop. The graphics is not at maximum... most is set to medium i think.
I also like the old playrground... very rusty... ill post the pic to show

Thank you marty38 for the recommendation, Download it its fun (zombies not included). It was really challenging because most of my designs are of comtemporary theme... hehe need to buy furnitures but i have 0 simpoints. Congrats also
superpogimon...there is furniture out there, I have some, cos I ran out of points and won't buy more on personal principle (don't have many lol). There is stuff from the store and stylist sims has furniture/decor thats brand new and free.

Yes i do have the stylist sims furniture it was very nice specially the new ones very modern. I need more curtains and sofas and wall paintings.
I am not yet a member of builders boulevard. This is my first time to participate at designing houses. I would like to be a remember please let me know what are the requirements.
Loving this house Aimee, I am getting so excited working on it. I am going for something different something I would never usually do, so enjoying the challenge. Not done yet so you will all have to wait.

*Is gobsmacked* what laptop/desktop/graphics card do you have?
I can play the game smooth with medium settings. When I max all the game crashes. fps is 50-60, when i record a video fps turns to 15-17 fps (not good).
