HI Navysealgirl! I am working away on your french country legacy house. It has tons of bedrooms, a music room, game room, nectary, family crypt, childrens playroom, workshop, library, servants quarters....everything I can think of that a large legacy family would need.

I hope to have it complete by this weekend if all goes well. I have not finished landscaping, but this should give you a sneak peek of how it is going:

OMG, I love it, Ruthy! It looks like one of those great old houses that have been in the same family for generations and it has been added to from time to time to give the new generation the space and features they needed.

LOVE the exterior siding choice, to me it fits with the style perfectly.

Thank you all! This is one of the biggest builds I have ever done, so it is taking a bit longer than it usually does for me.

Yanti...that is the only picture fit to be seen at this point...I am still working on the landscape and the grounds, but when that part is done, I might be able to show a bit more. :)

Thanks for the suggestion Evie...completely forgot about the sticky thread.

and for dear Yanti: here is the rest of the exterior of the lot. There is a garage, stocked fish pond, playground, mature garden, kennel, and stables, as well as a pool and party patio area. :)

navysealgirl, your house is almost completed! I am just playtesting it to make sure everything runs smoothly. I tried to include everything a large legacy family could need, so hopefully this is the ultimate legacy mansion. :D
I hope to have it ready to download tomorrow.

    Here is the floorplan:

It is finished! I think this build might have taken me longer than any other to date. SO much to be found in this house....I tried to think of everything a long term legacy family would want or need. Includes:

10 bedrooms ( one of which is a butler's suite)
    8 bathrooms
gallery (for displaying sim creations proudly)
    parlor
    formal dining hall
    kitchen
cellar, family crypt, vampire lair and nectary
    library
    game room
    music room
    gym
    art studio
    tv lounge
    nursery playroom
    pool
    playground
    garden
    stable
    kennel
    garage with workshop
    fishing pond

NO CC except 2 patterns I made myself. 64x64 lot and hefty $500k price!

    Lot is found here: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=6087513
