My game is saving and has been for about 5 minutes..I think it's stuck lol

I am restarting my game because the CASt is getting uppity! I am trying to recolor a dishwasher and it thinks it's a counter. The dishwasher is free-standing in the middle of the room, not even near a counter.
I did get the living room done, and most of the kitchen. i will change out the fireplace before I upload it, though.
Random Will and Ashley update
Ashley had the day off and all the kids were at school. Here she is rockin in her bathrobe
That afternoon Edward invited his girlfried Ivy out to the same park where his parents got married....and proceeded to break up with her.
"Um, so, Ivy...." feet shuffled. "I think we should see other people..." he looks away. Ivy cries and then attempts to smack him on the shoulder. He makes a hasty retreat
And goes home and calls up Kelly who he's had a few kisses with before...now they're going out...
The following morning I found Hannah just relaxing in bed - I love that they can read in bed now lol
And I found Edward rocking on his guitar - he was writing a love story for Kelly and editing history about Ivy a bit lol

Cat met Daniel Crosby (who I totally forgot was in the neighborhood - he is the teenage version of Will's grandfather lol, I needed him teenaged for some pictures for the other family and I guess I stuck him in this neighborhood at some point as filler? lol). ANYWAY, Cat and Daniel became friends and more.
The day after Tracey's family moved to town, she and Julian met at school. She came home from school with him to hang out.
They played tag together
She met Will and was thrilled to talk about his books!
"I've read every book you've ever written!" she exclaimed. Will smiled and gave her an autographed copy of his newest release.
Then Tracey met Julian's sisters. She chatted about her own sister...
Being a Friday night, Julian asked her to sleep over so they could keep playing. Nick, a single dad still tired from the move, was thrilled she was making friends and said yes right away.
I'd saved about 30 minutes before hand so it's not a huge loss. There were some house edits that were lost (to make room for Tracey to stay over lol) but it's not too big a deal.
Time for a huge post! I hope some more people post pictures from their stories soon, i love seeing the genetics from generation to generation. I love all the houses you guys build, my house are horrific. I get so bored of building after like 5 minutes, I did a little bit better job this time. Piper and Penelope have moms skin and finally Paisley is tan like her dad! They grow up soon so I will definitely post again tonight! I would love to hear what you think so far. :]

OMGosh! I was at the house making sure all the kids started their homework and Ashley was supposed to be rummaging in garbage. I went to check on her and the first thing I saw at the top was that she was being social with some one. It said "Erick thinks Ashley is being flirty" I hover over the action and zoom in on her and she is FLIRTING with the neighbor?! what the heck Ash?!
