    Custom Content Downloading

    I finally found a bunch of cool hairstyles on the exchange but when I try to install them it says it has failed and that I should check to see if I have the latest update. I do have the latest update and it still won't download. help?!

      You have to download it from where the people who uploaded the Sims got it.

      You can't get the new hair styles by downloading sims from the exchange with them. You have to download the hairs separately.

      As for getting the download failing, I'm not sure what would be causing that.

      Hairs and other custom stuff are not transferred with a Sim. If Sim contains any CC it could fail while installation.
      You have to go on fan sites which provides such kind of CC and download it there.
