So funny was just speculating. Definitly seems like a pool to me. I was kinda hoping for the beach towel & beach ball but this is looking more like a slide and maybe the diving board.
Which is complete crap because their supposed to be base game or EP items. I would gladly buy this if it had two new type of items like the towel and ball.
Everything about this says pool to me. Look at the type of shurbs used palms, the octupus. It's either some sort of pool or beach lot or IMO a combination of both.

Here's a BW version, I upped the contrast to make it better. I am liking the octopus sign. They layout looks like a hotel/casino, especially the valets-ish section.
I'm so excited Blewis too! I can't wait to see what they are going to be. I'm really sold on it being a pool/beach type lot because of the decor and the octupus object.
Anything new for outside summer activities and I'm all for it; even if it is base game style objects I hope not.
I love the look of this, I hope it isn't too expensive I might not be able to get it straight away but hopefully will be the end of the month at the latest. Perhaps we will get better pictures over the next few days, the octopus sign is cool and gets my hopes up that there might be more underwater themed items included in the set, guess we will have to wait to find out

an aquarium.... how would that work? what would be the pc item?
an open resturant, food being served and you watch... this is just seafood theamed...
