  When the founder's kids get to be teens, they might start to randomly have a lifetime wish come up in the rotation of normal wishes. You can set their lifetime wish from one of those if you like, or you can wait until they become young adults. At that point, after the menu comes up that selects their final trait, another menu will come up with several lifetime wish options. You can pick any one of those you like. Pick wisely though, because you can't change it (unless you use happiness points to buy the "mid-life crisis" reward).
