    Hair won't load in CAS

    Having a real issue where the game won't allow me to change hairstyles... I enter the CAS mode... and click on the hairbrush but NOTHING loads.... doesn't matter how long I wait.

    It's getting really frustrating as it means I can't change my sim's hairstyles :(

      use the last thing i said about changing the folders it will fix it or generate a new folder and move your folders you need over to the new EA folder.

      Hello

      My problem isn't that the hair pictures don't load... it's actually that the whole panel with the different hairstyles in it doesn't show.... I click on the hairbrush item and nothing happens!

      I seem to have fixed it and wanted to let everyone know how!

      I uninstalled ALL my custom content!!! You can do so by clicking 'Installed content' from the main sims launcher and selecting all to uninstall... took me a while to download and reinstall the things I had from the store but it has solved my problem!

      First my game wouldn't load, but then after I fixed the loading problem, hairstyles won't show up. I'm just really mad that now I won 't be able to play the game I used to, normally.
