... and 🐸🐸🐸🐸!
When Sims 3 first came out I nearly didn't buy it because of all the rubbish saying how bad it was in the forums. I bought it anyway and I thought it was great.
Then everyone got used to The Sims 3 and wanted an expansion and fast.
So now there's an expansion soon to be here and you're complaining that it wasn't what you wanted? C'mon. I've seen this expansion idea thrown around by users since Castaway. I've seen this idea a lot in all those threads about ideas for a new expansion pack.
Yet you're all complaining. The Sims Team has lives. They have family and friends that they would love to spend time with but they work on this game. And so far everything they do is not enough for some Simmers. They made an expansion that was different for once. In Sims 2 all the expansions were loosely related to expansions in Sims 1. I haven't seen an expansion like the new one since Sims 1 but they exceeded that game by the sounds. We can do way more stuff from the sounds of it.
Yet that's not enough. People much rather have a boring regular expansions that has been an idea used over and over in both the previous games. I think they tried to make something different and fun for once instead of remaking the same old games over and over.
Stop complaining and have fun with the game. And if you're one of those people who is going to complain each time they come out with an expansion different than what you want then stop playing. It's that simple. There are more simmers than I can count in a lifetime who buys these games. Everyone has an expansion idea they want to happen but they can't make all these ideas either. And I am sure they are bored with making pets and holidays and paranormal beings.
Let them have fun making a game for once and open your mind to something different. If that's too much for you to handle then don't play Sims 3. There are plenty of Sims 1 and Sims 2 games at the stores still and probably in your game collection anyway.
Let there be Sims (3) World Adventures!
[EDIT! I completely forgot about Bon Voyage. But even this expansion seems to be more in depth and interesting than that in my opinion.]

Another stop complaining thread, and not the second. This is about the 50th thread like this, couldn't you have posted this in another thread with the same concept? These are as annoying as the threads complaining. I honestly don't understand why people feel the need to make these. The answer is simple, don't click on the negative threads, don't go in them, don't post in them! pretend they don't exist. Let's please try to be civil and telling people to "🐸🐸🐸🐸" is rude. You started out with that, and right away I was annoyed with your post.
Everyone should have the right to voice their opinions. Negative and positive. Businesses need to get all feedback so they can improve their goods. If all the feed back was postive, the Sims team would not know how to improve their goods. I'm neutral for the expansion, but I'm real tired of all this bickering.

That sentence is totally random and has nothing to do with your argument. I expect good service from no matter what company. Be it a doctor, or an auto repairman or a game developer. They all have family and friends and they have to work. That's part of having a job. Vets (at an emergency clinic) have 24 hour call. Know what that means? They have to go into work if someone calls for an emergency, even at 3am. Even if they are with their family, they have to go. It's business. It's work.

I agree with the above. Sorry, not trying to sound mean, I might come across that way, but so did you in your thread.
I just want everyone to get along, which is impossible. All the "I hate this" and "I hate you" threads are getting old.
Happy simming.
People have the right to complain especially when they have dead towns after dark!!!! And EA wants to send us on quests when our towns need attention.
yes daddy Simdo...
p*** off rabbit holes!
I honestly don't have a problem with voicing an opinion-- just a problem with mindless complaining. xD I mean, if someone just flat out says "I HATE THIS EP!" and has absolutely NOTHING to support their answer, then yes, I'd feel that's completely unnecessary. Luckily, you actually stated a reason in your comment, and a very good one.
Yes, the towns do need more work-- hopefully in the future they'll be making more nightlife/houseparty themed Expansions to give it more of a lively feel.
No, I'm not ASKING for Nightlife or Houseparty-- to be honest I didn't buy either of those for TS1 xD but perhaps an original concept with slight relevance to those 2 EPs would be for the best.
Although i did play The sims 2 last night, kinda po.op. The sims look so cartoonish. "Fat" sims look like theyre either pregnant or have a weird lump in their stomachs  and their body shapes are very cartoony looking not very realistic at all. Ergh..Yeah well im still gonna be installing the rest of my EPs till WA is out cus am bit bored of TS3 atm
