Hello all! There are many amazing worlds created by others but after ages of downloading and finding NEAR perfect worlds for me they always lacked one of the aspects i would look for :( Finally i got off my tush and fiddled with CAW (no easy task i may add *bows to those who have mastered it)

I used Sunset Valley lite and just `tweaked` it to fit my needs of a world i craved. I`ll admit its not the best world you`ve ever seen but i like it and feel for a beginner its good, so since i`ve played with it and it fits my needs :) i decided i`d share it in hopes of others enjoying it as well.

Please if you notice anything i may have missed let me know ^_^

NOTES
-STATS: Large world, only lot sizes placed were for those of my own custom sized lots and an approx 20 lots of the 30x40 sizes, plenty of room to add your own of the given lot sizes in edit town :)-many lots are "just"off the roads merely because when i created the world i was wanting the lot sizes in the game but was replacing them once in Edit town in game.
- It's still basic sunset valley layout with my person touches (cove, cottage area, more city area)
- I've merely made the ground EA's grass-clover (i prefer the "lush" appearance of grass not the neardead green it starts with @.@)
-Custom terrain only for the covewater area and the rock terrain for a darker appearance
-Routing was erased in a lot of areas to open it more area wise Example: the "military" area was fully erased camera and simrouting so it can be used for the cottage/lake area
- Farmland area is fully terrained in EA's crop textures but theres no routing, build right on it and just terrain paint your lawn however you please
- Foliage is slightly lacking, i was having troubles in this particular part of CAW whats enough.. whats not enough, i ended up using the lots i placed in my own world to "fillout" the gaps
- There are trafficlights throughout the downtown core, streetlights along the more urban roads (none in country areas) some firehydrants for a slightly more realistic feel but very "basic". Edit in-world as you wish to~

Fixes i've made over my own testing:
-some roads weren't snapping lots to them-went back in and redid the ones i wanted to use for building along
-some lightposts weren't facing the road went back and rotated all the off ones (i think..i may have missed one but i've not found it yet >.<)

I opened the sims3pack with CUSTARD and it has attached two CAS clothing, one CAS accesory, one pattern and 10 CC objects

Maybe you'd want to check why those objects are attached to your world if it's suppossed to be empty and reupload. I liked the way it looked and wanted to give it a try, but I don't want CC that magically appears in my game. If you clean up the file I'll try it for sure :)
