    Who's stealing my gnomes?

    :cry: I am having so much fun playing my current family and I sort of got this gnome addiction going on XD I have 15 mysterious gnomes and 3 normal one on my lot. (Never cheated. My male sim is a fisherman and he gets a lot from that!)

    So just 5 mins ago my sims were robbed!!! What did he take? 2 of my dead gnomes!! (Those memorial statues)

    Than I thought to myself why would he steal those?! I checked their price and they are about 1445 simoleons each! Grrrrr now I only have 13 *cries* XD

    Anyway... What are the things that make you mad/sad in this game? (Nothing about EA though, let's try and keep this thread nice! :roll: )

    (I think it's so cute when they all stay so close to each other! Kinda like Guinea pigs running around each other! lol)

      my sim dies randomly from meteors that never strick o.O

      I know this is a little off topic, but you said you were a lover of knomes.
      I have trouble following the goings on with my knomes.
      One of my families end up with many(over 12 at least)that my sims did not bring onto lot. :shock:
      Are they breeding?(How can you tell who's the girl?)
      I've heard that they have children & age up and die.
      I just have never caught them doing this.
      Are the tiny knomes I occasionally find baby knomes?
      This is a part of the sim world that is a mystery.
      Seeing pic of yard full of knomes, I realized that Knome infestations do happen. :D

      Did the dead gnomes come with Generations? :D

      But I hate it when my sim lights a fireplace and after like 40 seconds the house bursts in flames.. I always have to get that thingy so it never happens. :(

      Hmmm that's strange! Are you sure they are the Mysterious gnomes?
      I know that if you have the vampire ones and have one of those toddler bears they end up biting them and turn them into vampire gnomes! So if you keep buying teddy bears they will all turn vampire gnomes.

      No I think it's from the base game. I'm not sure though! The only gnomes that die are the myserious ones (They can also have babies!)

      Yes! I hate that as well! I always skill up my sims handy skill so that they can fireproof their fireplace XD

      Thanks for the Knome info.

      I actually googled Sims 3 Knomes after I posted here.
      Not really that much out there?

      Someone said you had to have a wedding on the lot to get baby knomes?
      I've had a few quicky weddings on my lots. :wink:
      I just figured "magical" ment they could change their clothes as well as position. :oops:

      Vampire knomes freaks me out.
      Always watching me while I sleep & now I know where the kid's bears have been going to.
      I know I could make money selling them, but I'd miss their antics if gone.

      Probably just as well it only 1(2)type can multiply.

      Knomes make a cute sub plot to household.

      Well I never had any weddings on the lot and they still had babies :D
      I used to sell them before I saw the cute babies!
      The magical part is only them moving around though. If only they do that in real life (No... That would scare me XD lol)

      :shock: I didn't even know they could die. I have so many gnomes as my sim loves to travel and collect rocks and gems.
      I am afraid that now I will be over run with dead gnome statues.

      I don't mean to be rude or anything, but you'll find a lot more information on Google if you spell it with a "g". Please try "Sims 3 gnomes" as your search argument. Cheers!

      Dead gnomes made me more upset than the fact they were taken ): didn't know our dear gnome friends could die.

      My avi reminded me of a dead version of your's :shock: aw that's kinda sweet. Do those still move? The statues? Or does a lil ole gnome ghost come out to watch tv?

      This is such a fun thread ! I had no idea that the little gnomes did half of these things. I have a Sim who's just starting out on their fishing career, maybe I'll get so see some of this in my game soon. :D
