      That's a conversion from a Sims 2 hair, I haven't seen it for Sims 3 before though. I'll let you know if I find it.

      I remember seeing it too, maybe it's a remake from xmsims? Nah, i checked they don't have nothing :?

      Good, because that's who she's supposed to be. :D

      As for the hair, I've checked most of the CC sites I know and ran a couple of google searches, no luck yet. The creator may have done it themselves, although I doubt it.

      The base hair is downloaded from the store. I don't know if that helps.

      Whoever made that hair covered their tracks well, I can't find it anywhere, and that sim seems to be the only one in the Exchange that has it. :?

      True, you'll have to download any non create a style CC the sim might have separately.
