    where's my sim points that I paid for????

    Alright, so I redeem my free points, no problem. I see all the great stuff and think, great...soooo I register my credit card, purchase 2500 points and point total is "0"

    So EA has my $25 and I have zip...can't download if point total is 0, but purchases have evidently been confirmed. I spent an hour trying to get support, help, anything and it's like being stuck in a revolving door!!!!

    There is no where to ask someone for help, no phone number, zip!

    I'm very angry right now...I either want my points to show up so I can download my stuff or I want my money back!!!

      Hi Sereverus, that's a really old thread and I've forgotten how I fixed it. One thing I have found, I use PayPal for purchasing all my simpoints now and there's never a problem.

      EA hasn't awarded free simpoints for quite awhile now.
