    Riverview_Lite World For Use With Ambitions World Editor

    I'm finding out I can't have the original Riverview installed and install "Riverview_Lite.

    Tech: EP required: Ambitions World Editor
    size: Approx. 48 MB
    R-lots: 0
    C-lots: 1-Big Park lot type
    Theme: Riverview with one lot, and roads. From Create A World. Use World Editor to place lots, change lot types, place trees, rocks, and landmarks. Copy premade lots and households to your library when in established neighborhoods to use in Riverview_Lite.

      I downloaded it and i cant find it when i go in to new game am i doing somthing wrong :(

      When you are in the game's main menu, there will be a plus sign on the lower right corner, it says "new game". Click on it, then click on the arrow pointing down next to "Twinbrook". It will be in the list. If your game was open when you downloaded, it will show up the next time you open it.

      So what's this for? As a kind of 'subsitute' world that is fully customizable while we wait for CAW?

      I don't know.

      I'm sure it's a good idea for people who don't know they can delete the lots- Click~poof~ no lots. Click, click~poof~ no trees, signs, bushes, rocks... all gone with the new edit world tool.

      *Sorry, might sound grumpy but I sometimes wonder ...*

      i did do that i go on to new game and look through the towns but it wont show up :(

      I don't know why it doesn't. I'll see if I can't figure it out.

      I know I can delete the lots, but to me, it's just a whole lot of "click~poofing" I don't have to be doing, when I could be doing something else.

      Sorry about that. I have always tested stuff before putting in in a post, but worlds have always worked for me before. I guess I had to add something to modify it somehow. I put a large community lot(64X64) on the end of one of the roads on the right side. It has the lot type of a big park, so you can make a park there if you like. I am in the process of testing it now. I tested it once, and it worked, but I had put the lot in the middle of the world(not thinking) and then I changed it to the outside where it is not to visible.

      I'm finding out I can't have the original Riverview installed and Riverview_Lite. Even if I save, export, and install Riverview_lite under a different filename, it still won't install with Riverview. It seems to work fine, otherwise.

      Do you have the original Riverview installed? If so, I think that is why. Sorry I didn't learn this earlier.

      There's a way to have both installed, Riverview and a version of Riverview_lite. It's just a bit time-consuming and I can't remember without looking it up. It was either Rflong7 or oh, what is her name now?, who figured out how to get it done.

      ok i have deleted riveview and installed riveview light i will see if it works :-)

      That's a picture of Sunset Valley, not Riverview. Is this world actually "Sunset Valley Lite"?
