REAPER'S END

ReapersEnd-1-1.png
Lot size 30x30, cost to buy 103 673

I am proud of this lot. This is by far the most advanced build I have ever done. I enjoyed the building processes involved in this project. Reaper's end is a funeral venue/graveyard where sims can mourn the recently past, bury the dead, and have a celebration of life/or Irish wake in the basement. They can also relax and read, or enjoy a good chess game. Beware thought, they might meet some unexpected guests.
This lot was built for the Design and Create a Special Events Venue contest which can be found here http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/380547.page I would like to thank Romagi1 for here wonderful post on how to make a tomb entrance which can be found here http://www.thesims3.com/contentDetail.html?contentId=329928 And, k2m1too for her help in assisting me with my roof problem, which is totally fixed thanks to her. Hugs to both of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

SAWYERS POND

swayerspond-2-1.png
Lot size 60x60, cost to buy 85 349

The next lot i would like to present to you is Sawyer's Pond ver 2. Some of you have seen the first version but this is the second version is better and some issues are fixed. This version reduces the amount of fish off the dock. Adds Tom Sawyers pirate raft and fixs the grid in front of the train.

This is a generations Playground built for kids. Adults love it here also. This park includes seesaws, hopscotch, kids rides, a waterslide, a fishing dock, a pirate raft, a steamboat, and a train. There is also a food vendor and a buffet table and grills for families who profer hotdogs. The park was inspired by Tom Sawyer. I hope you like it. I had fun building it and thanks to the 3 amigos playground staff for providing the base lot and the inspiration.

Thank you guys, you guys are so lovely. I was amased at how much fun it was building the gothic church. The roof was not as frustrating as i thought it would be.

Both your builds are lovely Svyln. They are so charming and so full of character! Well done! Specially the Sawyer's pond brings back memory of my childhood. I use to love reading Tom Sawyer and Huckelberry Finn. :D Left 2 well deserved recommendations!

Reaper's End is a stunning, fantastic lot! What you achieved with CFE is absolutely incredible. The cathedral definitely has a scary, imposing feel to it, especially at night--maybe it's the grim reaper statues or the gargoyles peering down from above. The stained glass windows look great. The landscaping is perfect.

Sawyer's Pond is also super impressive and creative. The train, boat, and carousel are beautifully done, and I like the train tracks, too. The game and play areas are perfect. I like the walkways above the water, too. I could go on and on. I've never seen anything like it!

Downloaded, recommended, and added both to my favorites.

    Have a great weekend!

    Take care,
    Bill

It's got Svlyn skills & talent written all over it. Very impressive peace of work you achieved there Svlyn. It's like an excellent actor that plays a carachter which everybody finds so real that they strongly believe & react... That church is the creepiest build I've ever seen. The pond is also realistic too. Fantastic work as usual. rdf

Sorry for the late reply, I have busy days.

It's a nice surprise, that there's an other build here too! I've already wrote, that I love your playground, and the chatedral looks also gorgeous! Excellent work with the roof, but of course with everything! :)
    recommended and downloaded

    Have a wonderful weekend! :)

Stunning! What a gorgeous build! Reapers End is a perfect Church build! I love that it is on the angle of a corner lot. It adds to the appeal. The design is great. Outstanding build! rec'd

Sawyers Pond has to be one of the most creative builds I have ever seen.Items you have used to create the "ride" and amusements I never would have thought of! How creative! There is a definite smell of cottan candy going on here! You have captured the whole amusement park feel! Rec'ing and fav is just too little for such an outstanding build!!!

Fantastic work on both lots. I love the gothic mini-notredameesque look of the cathedral. The park is amazing in its size and all the activities that are possible there. It's like 6 Flags for the sims.

Your love for building and attention to detail shows in both lots!

    Reccomended and downloaded.

Sorry but it seems to be my Reaper`s End ver 2 thread was deleted because they most have thought it was the same lot. When it fact, iit has the new store items in it and its not the same lot. It`s done well considering i did not have any message board promo, but then i am not one to massively promo my stuff. But i think this lot should be somewhere on the forums so i am adding it to this thread, hopefully this thread will not get deleted as well. Anyways this is my updated version of Reapers End which includes the new Gothic Library Set, I know it looks like the old lot, but its got different objects in it and a SPELLBOOK. I just had to redo it because of the spellbook.
