So I decided to just jump right on in and give building an attempt again. I put about three days worth of work into it. I will be adding a non-CC version here to the exchange soon, but I have the CC version available through Mediafire.
it has minimal CC all of which can be found at SimCredibleDesigns. All is transferable except for the master bedroom set. It can be found here in the bedroom section first page title Both Of Us Set. It's absolutely beautiful. Patterns I am unsure of where they are from, but credit goes to whom ever made them. Here is a few shots of what I think are the best attributes of the house.
