      Love this lot, your so fast at getting work out there, i am always so shocked. And such skilled work. I love the touches of sim painted painting in this lot. There seem to be few i have not seen before too. Like the surfing one. Thank you for sharing this as i am going to put it along side your other house in SV. Oh and rec it too.

      I'm afraid it would take much more time for me to find out what to build - while you can finish 2-3 perfect lots. But I think I guessed your intention: you want to fill svlyn's Sunset Valley. :D

      You caught me :P. I always try to finish a lot over about 2 or 3 days. I start to get bored after that :lol: . I'm glad you like it and thanks for continueing to comment on my lots :)

      Artist's Rendering is a fantastic build! The architecture is really nice--modern and warm/inviting at the same time. I like what you did with variable roof thicknesses. The interiors are light and airy. I really like the floor and ceiling details. The Sim artwork is perfect given the name of your lot. Downloaded, recommended, and added to my favorites.

      As moderns are not my favorite style builds, it takes a special one to catch my eye. Artist rendering is one of them. I like the layout and design. Very unique structure. The landscaping matches perfect and the exterior color palate is very warm and inviting. The interior is also giving off a very warm aura. You did an outstanding job!!!

      Great build. I love how you did the building on different levels and the landscaping is imeccable. Recommended.
