Could somebody build me a house?

I am no good at building myself and I've found no houses on the exchange that suit my needs. However I am currently playing Don Lothario in Riverview and he just became a father. I am planning on moving him out of his old house along with the mother and the baby. But I am in use of a small effective modern house that is one story, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one master bathroom. I remember back on The Sims 2 BBS there was a request board and I hope I'm not out of line as to make this request. However if you feel up to it, thank you.

i havent figured out how roofs work yet but hey in sim land it doesnt rain
1 story, 2 bd, 1 bth (1 master bth, doesn't really matter), below $20,000 (starter).
The auto-roof is quiet simple, select the roof you want and use the slider. (Basically built in roofslopeangle).
