    Named for the beautiful Magnolia trees that grow on the property, Magnolia Manor is a Country, Shingles-style home that is big enough for a mid to large sized family!

    Unfortunately, The Sims 3 Launcher or the Exchange is simply not cooperating, so this home is not available on the Exchange, but available at Mediafire.

      Thanks everyone!

      I'm still trying to get it uploaded to the Exchange. Sometimes it'll say it was uploaded, but won't appear in my studio, and other times it will say there was a system error. :evil:

      I'm going to try some more things, like placing it on a different lot, placing it in a different town, changing up the name, etc. etc. and hopefully I can find some way to get it up there.

      Thank you again everyone for the wonderful comments, and if I'm successful in getting it up, I'll post here to let you all know! :mrgreen:
