DeBugEnabler Mod:: It doesn't work!

Hi,
I am not too sure if this is the right place to post about this, but I really need help. So I really want Twallan's DeBugEnabler mod. I had installed it correctly, like they had asked (I hope). For some reason it will not work, in my game.
Here is a picture::
Do you see anything that is wrong?
If you could help me that would be awesome!
Ps. And yes I have recently just downloaded the newest version.

Second, it looks right to me but I can't what the date is since you marked over it. I don't use that particular mod. You should ask on TSC not here as EA doesn't provide any support for 3rd party content in Tech.
