Well I got a bit inspired by this, since i agree that the male sims are very feminine looking.
Even though they might have amazing body's, they still have a way to "pretty" face, so they end up looking less masculine.

I enjoy making sims, and i dont want to use CC on them, so i have to work within the limits of the game. So i wanted to challenge my self and tried to make a more masculine sim.
I dont know if its anybody else's taste, but i still wanted him to be kind of good looking, he ended up looking a bit older even though he is a young adult, but this was as masculine as i could make him look... What to you think?

You can take him from my studio if you like him :)

I don't think you can get a manly manish sim b/c of their skin, it's just so child like. Even the beards don't really do anything to take away that babysoft look.

I think in this iteration, we are out of luck

I made a few, but most of mine are available as households. This character is masculine:

Why don't you give him a try?

i think the really tough part, is where do you draw the line between manly, and ugly? some sims with so called 'manly' features are just yucky looking. some sims with 'good' features are just girly looking.

getting JUSST the right amount of MAN and HUNK is really a challenge ^_^

finding "manly" men is not a problem for me. Getting a daughter, that doesnt look like daddy in a dress, is another story.

yeah well, that kinda what i mean. the way the features blend together you have to make the men at least sorta baby-faceish

Thanks  He is originally a berrysweet sim I have in one of my stories, that I randomly decided to see how he would look as a normal sim.

I agree, it's really difficult to make a deliciously manly sim without him either looking like a geometry problem or making daughters with jutting he-jaws. OP If I could present you with a strong man who can turn tickets to any show into diamonds I would, but I know someone will make you the sim you want :D

P.S. @Cupcake Yowza on that sim!

What about that guy from that 300 movie? Y'know... the one that yelled something about Sparta...? Is a guy like that the definition of "manly"? :)
Yeah. Made a Minecraft Windows 10 Edition video channel. I guess I'm insane...

Sergio is manly. ;D So is Jon, who was just uploaded yesterday. You can change his hair though, it may be to "model" for you haha.

Personally I feel that beard/mustache needs to be expanded greatly. Most that we have is either a basic full beard, goatee, and the rest tend to be effeminate. How bout some manly beards, mustaches, and even hair. Enough EMO! it looks like a cow has licked my sims head....
