Apartment lots in LN are huge. I realised that the same shell has different lot names in the game: ocean apartments, verandas villas, etc. The shell is the same, but the lot is different and it has a different size.

Is there a way to use the apartment shell/building and place it on different lots? This can be done with the school and the bistro, for example, but I couldn't find the shell without the lot...
