Ultimate Free Will

So, I have been discovering the game for the last 2 days (and honestly a tad disappointed) but anyway, what would be cool would be to have an Ultimate FreeWill.
So much Free Will that you can just watch your sims create their own family, achieving their own goals and opportunities, going to the store and buying stuff if they feel like it (while being realistic about their budget). I am pretty sure it's not so hard to do and it would be awesome for folks like me who like to put a couple of sims in a house and watch what happens (reality TV style !).

I don't think its possible for the active household to alter their possessions and building, I don;t think even the non-active households can alter that.
